Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive LiveOps test framework to support the growth and success of Monopoly GO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, client, server, and project teams, to ensure seamless communication and transparency.
- Work closely with the QA team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maximize efficiency and output.
- Lead and manage the LiveOps QA leadership team, providing guidance and support for their development and growth.
- Manage expectations with 3rd party test vendors and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit and onboard new LiveOps QA team members, as well as support wider QA team recruitment across the project.
- Provide an holistic quality overview of LiveOps and upcoming content, using relevant tracking and reporting.
- Ensure the team adheres to Release Train best practices and gatekeeping of quality at each key milestone.
- Assist with LiveOps and wider team test coverage, supporting utmost confidence in release standards.
- Work closely with the roadmap team to support and challenge for sufficient QA time based on team needs.
- Standardize QA efforts across the LiveOps team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Champion a 'shift left' attitude to discover and resolve issues early, providing solutions where necessary.
- Attend LiveOps team ceremonies to remain current and knowledgeable on work being undertaken.
- Coordinate with other QA management, communicating new LiveOps content and its impact on other teams.
- Work with Customer Support to highlight known quality concerns and understand user struggles.
- Develop a deep understanding of Monopoly GO and its mechanics to assist in carrying out other duties.
- Contribute to and remain within the defined QA annual operating plan, highlighting resource struggles or excessive headcount.
