We are seeking a highly skilled LiveOps QA Manager to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our Monopoly GO team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our live operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and build upon our existing LiveOps test framework to improve quality output.
  • Establish effective communication and collaboration with client, server, and project teams.
  • Work with LiveOps Tooling to maximize efficiency and output for the QA team.
  • Line manage LiveOps QA leadership and support their development and growth.
  • Manage expectations of 3rd party test vendors and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and onboard new LiveOps QA team members and support wider QA team recruitment.
  • Provide a holistic quality overview of LiveOps and upcoming content.
  • Hold the team accountable for Release Train best practices and quality standards.
  • Assist with test coverage and support release standards.
  • Work closely with the roadmap team to support and challenge for sufficient QA time.
  • Standardize QA efforts across the LiveOps team and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Champion a 'shift left' attitude to discover and resolve issues early.
  • Attend LiveOps team ceremonies and review briefs and specs.
  • Coordinate with other QA management and communicate new LiveOps content.
  • Highlight known quality concerns and understand user struggles.
  • Generate and maintain a deep understanding of MonopolyGo and its mechanics.
  • Contribute to the QA annual operating plan and highlight resource struggles or excessive headcount.
