Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Axa Group. As a Senior Underwriting Assistant - Casualty, you will play a critical role in providing support to our Underwriting teams and ensuring the efficient administration of complex insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts for new and existing casualty businesses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with customers and brokers to gather necessary information and provide expert advice on insurance coverage.
- Develop and modify contracts to meet customer needs, working closely with the team leader to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and issue contractual documents, including policies, endorsements, and certificates.
- Support the Credit Control team in managing cash allocation and monitoring outstanding premiums.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of policy information, including premium flows and data quality.
- Develop expertise in our tools for implementing Global Programs and stay up-to-date on new guidelines for policy administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance companies, preferably in similar roles.
- Proven experience in managing Global Programs and complex accounts.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level CEFR).
- Bachelor's degree desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, combined with a strong work ethic.
- Good team player, capable of self-learning and working within a team environment.
