About the Role
As a key member of the Siemens Energy S.A. team, you will play a crucial role in leading global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and coordinate a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and coordinating a team of Community & Roll-out Experts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product managers for transportation solutions to understand product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and advocate for enhancements based on user needs.
- Solution Mapping and Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and leverage technology-driven solutions, translating business requirements into actionable plans for solution implementation.
- Community Building: Establish and nurture a global community of transportation solution users, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and user training programs.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Coordinate with external roll-out partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of transportation solutions, regularly reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Community & Roll-out Experts, coordinating their activities, ensuring consistency in approach, and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Requirements
- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in leading global projects, with a focus on transportation management solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative Approach: Experience working closely with product managers and external partners to drive solution enhancements and successful roll-outs.
- Change Management Skills: Ability to drive organizational change and promote digital adoption among stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring and coordinating teams of experts across different regions.
