About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP techno-functional professional to join our SAP Center of Expertise team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the SAP system remains robust, secure, and aligned with business objectives while facilitating smooth system evolutions and minimizing disruptions during changes.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the change request portfolio for Manufacturing and Supply domain, assessing the impact of SAP changes on existing business processes and system functionalities.
  2. Identify and assess risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies, working closely with SAP release manager and relevant stakeholders.
  3. Optimize business processes through system enhancements and changes, delivering results-driven solutions.
  4. Manage relationships with implementation partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  5. Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure changes do not introduce errors or negatively impact existing functionalities.
  6. Act as Level 3 support for Application Management Services, troubleshooting issues that arise from system changes.
  7. Support Application Management Services organization regularly to accelerate incident resolution and change implementation.
  8. Participate in Critical/Major Incidents, utilizing expertise to analyze and promptly resolve incidents, minimizing business impact.
  9. Promote the use of SAP best practices in configuration and customization to ensure consistency and maintainability.
About You
  1. 8+ years of experience in ERP delivery in a business-oriented context, preferably in an FMCG global company.
  2. Solid experience in implementing and maintaining Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes with SAP ERP systems as a PP – WM - PM expert.
  3. Solid understanding of integrating SAP with business partner systems such as 3PL/4PL, MES, WMS, etc.
  4. Solid configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as good troubleshooting skills.
  5. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
  6. Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, support the construction of efforts and cost estimates, and manage delivery of the desired functionality.
  7. Project management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindset.
  8. Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
  9. At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools.
  10. Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.
