Job Summary
Sin Nombre is seeking an experienced Underwriting Assistant Financial Lines to join our team. As an Underwriting Assistant Financial Lines, you will play a crucial role in supporting our underwriting team and ensuring the efficient administration of our financial lines products.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract handling: Manage contracts for new and existing businesses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Customer interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on policy acceptance.
- Contract development: Create draft contracts and amendments that meet customer requirements.
- Contract monitoring: Oversee the issuance of contractual documents, including policies, endorsements, and certificates.
- Data management: Prepare and send reports, manage premium flows, and maintain data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent English skills (minimum C1 level CEFR).
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
