About Vueling Airlines

Vueling Airlines is a leading low-cost airline in Europe, operating in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.

Job Purpose

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all prices are executed correctly in the system based on aligned Revenue Management pricing strategy and conducting pricing analysis following Vueling's commercial strategy to maximize revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Price Execution: Ensure that all prices are correctly entered into the system.
  2. Pricing Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of all aspects of pricing execution, including pricing rules, taxes, fees, codeshare filing, etc.
  3. Pricing Projects: Contribute to pricing projects, ensuring that any projects touching the pricing ecosystem are properly executed.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue, Commercial, and VY Tech teams to support Pricing-related initiatives and continuous development.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Create Reporting and perform sales analysis for revenue optimization.
  6. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.

Requirements
  • Education: Business, Economics, Engineering or related.
  • Skills: Excel, Python, or SQL.
  • Experience: A +1 year of pricing or commercial experience.
  • Competencies: Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Attention to detail.
  • Languages: B2 English, C1 Spanish.
