Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager

This is a challenging opportunity to join Diageo, a leading beverage alcohol company, as a Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through effective demand forecasting and integrated business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Embed the cross-functional business planning process end-to-end, ensuring seamless integration of commercial and operational strategies.
- Demand Forecasting: Lead the team of Demand Planners on short-term and long-term market demand forecasting processes, ensuring forecast accuracy and bias aligns with set targets.
- Governance & Standards: Oversee the monthly governance process to monitor progress and take corrective actions when required, ensuring systems and processes align with global demand planning standards.
- Leadership: Implement and sustain Diageo's global demand management agenda, with a strong understanding of demand forecasting operational processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop Demand Planner(s), supervising and coaching market leadership responsibilities, including seamless collaboration with Joint Venture teams.
- Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture senior leader relationships across Supply Chain, finance, and commercial sectors, partnering with Europe Finance to extract valuable insights and working closely with global teams to implement codified building blocks.
- Inclusive Culture: Embrace and champion Diageo's inclusive and diverse culture, valuing every individual regardless of background, disability, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or ethnicity.
- Systems Proficiency: Utilize experience with demand forecasting platforms, including APO and other planning systems, to drive efficiency and accuracy in planning processes, developing new innovative forecasting and data processing technologies.
