Nous recherchons un Product Manager - Products and Services pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez en charge de développer et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de produits et services pour maximiser la valeur pour les clients, les partenaires et les employés.

Missions clés
  1. Créer et conduire la vision de produits et services en accord avec les priorités stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  2. Travailler avec les sponsors et les principales parties prenantes pour définir l'ambition de produits et services et les KPIs destinés à suivre le progrès.
  3. Diriger la standardisation de l'offre pour maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et la satisfaction du client.
  4. Orienter les GPO P&S vers la maximisation de la valeur de leurs produits.
  5. Définir la structure de l'équipe P&S et les priorités d'investissement nécessaires.
  6. Soutenir les membres de l'équipe pour qu'ils développent leurs points forts et évoluent dans leur carrière.
  7. Développer et mettre en place le système de gouvernance de produits et services.
  8. Être un partenaire de l'équipe Computable Contracts dans la création de produits.
  9. Explorer continuellement le marché à la recherche d'innovations pouvant être appliquées à la chaîne de valeur des produits et services.
Vos compétences
  1. Haut niveau de sens des affaires et de connaissance de l'organisation interne.
  2. Capacité à comprendre les leviers de motivation des principales parties prenantes.
  3. Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de communication.
  4. Capacité à naviguer dans des environnements complexes et agilité pour s'adapter rapidement.
  5. Capacité à définir clairement les responsabilités des membres de l'équipe.
  6. Capacité à expliquer simplement les principaux points à l'attention des parties prenantes.
Expérience requise
  1. Au moins 8 ans d'expérience en matière de transformation, d'innovation et/ou de gestion de programmes stratégiques.
  2. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipes.
  3. Expérience de travail avec des personnes venant de différents milieux, nationalités et niveaux hiérarchiques.
  4. L'expérience du travail dans un cadre Agile est un plus.
