Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Leader to join our Home & Distribution division at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Quality and Customer Satisfaction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of quality and customer experience for our Wiring Devices League.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive excellence in quality and customer experience
  • Manage a team of Offer Quality Leaders and DFSR practitioners to ensure effective quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with global supply chain organization to monitor and improve overall offer quality performance and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with Hub Quality Strategy and global Quality Directives
  • Lead issue-to-prevention actions and supervise the effectiveness of the offer safety process

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in mechanical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering
  • Several years of experience in team management and product development/project quality
  • Lean 6 Sigma/Reliability green Belt or black Belt
  • Quality toolbox expertise, including FMEA, 8D, APQP, internal audit, VSA 6.3, DFSR, industrialization quality, and FTA
  • Able to embrace customer experience end-to-end
  • Strong influence and convince skills
