Lead Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Development Representative to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) team in Madrid, Spain. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling customers, and providing input on lead development campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming leads in a timely manner across a wider geographical region.
- Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs.
- Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of AWS solutions to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing.
- Achieve quarterly qualification goals.
- Update and maintain customer information within our CRM system.
- Provide account management team with detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.
- Present a high-level, technical solution to diverse audiences, including AWS colleagues, prospects, and customers relevant to the target industry or market.
- Business-fluent verbal and written communication skills in either Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for internal communication.
- College/University Degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical interest with relevant experience in IT prospecting or sales.
- Experience using a CRM/Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for technology and for learning.
The team is based in Madrid, Spain, and comprises of 15+ early career talent LDRs from across Europe, Middle East & Africa. Each team member interacts with customers and local teams from their specific region.
