Area Manager Shop In Shop Leader

The Area Manager Shop In Shop is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading the store staff team to achieve performance metrics and sell-out targets in each point of sale. This individual will be our brand ambassador throughout all SIS/Departmental stores, ensuring our brand image stays aligned with our standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Attract, retain, and engage the teams to ensure high motivation and productivity.
- Complete the recruitment process by incorporating talented candidates into the group, providing training and onboarding to new team members, and targeting continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
- Analyze SIS financial results versus budgets.
- Coordinate and guide teams to achieve results according to internal KPIs.
- Provide mentoring, prioritizing the professional development of employees, including conflict management by confronting the situation in the most effective way.
- Define job schedules for each SIS/Store staff to optimize results.
- Build stronger relationships with ECI management to help achieve business results.
- Analyze key market competitor developments, including performance, consumer, and regional market trends.
- Ensure the staff follows ECI business-oriented methodologies and procedures, while achieving our internal procedures and processes.
- Provide fluent and strong team communication with internal departments, such as commercial teams, Shop & construction, planning, and merchandising department, to optimize and ensure smooth operations of SIS.
- Provide VM guidelines and trainings of the AWWG Group brands for an optimum collections display at store.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks and work environments.
- Ability to manage priorities, identify, and respond to emergencies.
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized in the management of different processes.
- Ability to face any type of audience, adapting to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.
- Visual Merchandising Skills.
- Organization of work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
- Initiatives to fix a one-time problem, a contingency, or an emergency.
- Minimum experience in the industry 4-6 years in Stores Management.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance...
