Language Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of language translations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the quality of translations in Haitian and English languages
  • Identify and report errors using bug tracking software
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve linguistic questions
  • Adhere to project-specific quality standards and style guides
  • Troubleshoot basic computer problems and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Haitian (ILR Level 5 or CEF C2)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to follow written testing instructions in English
  • Up-to-date awareness of current technical language usage in Haitian and English
  • Strong practical knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office suite
