Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our Spain team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow solutions, leading design sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions, following established standards and best practices.
  • Participate in design sessions, leading and contributing to the development of technical user stories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Resolve high to medium complexity issues and defects, escalating to production as needed.
  • Participate in coordination with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow deployments, implementations, and integrations.
  • Experience in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum) required.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist required.
  • Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST.
  • Strong requirements gathering experience.
  • Ability to work with business users and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity.
  • Proven team player.
  • ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred).
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred.
