About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HR Technical Lead to join our Global Shared Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our HR ServiceNow roadmap, supporting HR demand from all countries in scope, and working on various projects with multiple teams across regions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the HR Operations and Technology team to implement the global HR ServiceNow roadmap.
  2. Provide technical support to various stakeholders.
  3. Recommend best practice technical design, components, models, and deliverables.
  4. Drive improvements on existing HRSD solutions.
  5. Bring technical expertise to help the support team resolve complex issues.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Analyze and investigate new ServiceNow features/releases and their potential implementation in the Zurich context, following an Out of The Box philosophy.
  2. Define technical solutions to be implemented directly or by the HR Support team.
  3. Work closely with platform architects to design solutions for HR.
  4. Coordinate data requests/defects/change requests with IT partners.
  5. Participate in update calls with HR and IT partners.
  6. Test and validate ServiceNow solutions.
  7. Respond to production support issues.
  8. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions with a business analyst mindset.
  9. Manage the enhancement release process (involvement in UAT, incident management, communication, post-implementation quality checks).
  10. Configure, manage, and monitor HR Services, permissions, and security segregation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT/HRIS background.
  2. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and optimizations.
  3. 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow HRSD Developer Lead.
  4. 3+ years of experience in delivering and implementing ServiceNow HRSD core module(s).
  5. 2+ years' experience implementing Portal solutions (widgets, catalog, knowledge base, etc.).
  6. Experience developing detailed implementation plans in ServiceNow.
  7. Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
  8. Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  9. Experience in Project Management.
  10. Good command of English (C1).
  11. Agile & Scrum Management experience would be a plus.
  12. Service-oriented working style and team player attitude, including the ability to work well under pressure.
  13. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and great level of professionalism.
  14. Technical skills Coding with Web Technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML) and/or Glide APIs, Jelly, AngularJS would be a plus.
