Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with our software development team to design interfaces that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Analysis
- Conduct user research to understand business requirements and technical limitations
- Analyze data to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Design and Prototyping
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of design and development
- Design Systems and Standards
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across products
- Apply Atomic Design and Design Systems principles to design solutions
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements
Requirements
- Technical university degree or equivalent technical experience
- Two or more years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong knowledge of Material Design and Design Tokens
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
- Extensive experience in using UX/UI design best practices to design solutions
- Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
