The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Programs Lead for Software Excellence within our Product Engineering chapter. As a key member of our team, you will drive the transformation of our global Architecture & Software Engineering (A&SE) function, focusing on capability, community, and culture. Your role will involve leading and executing a comprehensive program to enhance the maturity, engagement, and engineering excellence of our A&SE function, aligning with our organizational vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to plan and execute the software excellence transformation of the A&SE organization.
  • Lead the transformation of thousands of developers and their solutions into a first-class engineering team.
  • Establish and nurture thriving communities-of-practice across the engineering organization.
  • Advocate for open and inner source practices and metrics within the engineering community.
  • Establish and continuously improve the tools and processes for an effective, self-serve Developer Experience.
  • Organize internal conferences, coordinate engagement at external conferences, and develop a global program for engaging with the engineering community.
