European Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our European Shared Services Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the group's various subsidiaries across Europe and other regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Transport Planning and will be responsible for forecasting and scheduling to fulfill customer requirements. You will work closely with drivers and other schedulers to plan liquid gas deliveries to business customers across the Northern Continent in France, Benelux, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective forecasting and scheduling processes to meet customer demand.
  2. Resource Allocation: Schedule available resources (drivers, equipment, and product) to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
  3. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve issues related to transportation, inventory, and customer service.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  2. Initiative and Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work on your own initiative and in a team, making decisions based on the information provided.
  3. Analytical Thinking: Possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
  5. Computer Literacy: Excellent computer literacy skills.
  6. Language Skills: Proficient level of German with English and Dutch or French.

You will be working in a dynamic and flexible team that shares the work following interesting working time schemes to cover a 24/7 service or Monday to Sunday. This means working time will also include weekends and nights.
