We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Building Specialist to join our team at Trs Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of LNG projects in Germany, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design Review and Coordination
    • Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
    • Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, HVAC, etc.) to ensure architectural aspects are integrated seamlessly.
    • Verify that design and materials meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Construction Supervision
    • Regularly inspect construction activities related to architectural elements, ensuring they are in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
    • Ensure the EPC contractors comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental laws.
    • Identify and resolve design and construction issues that arise, providing technical support and guidance to contractors.
  • Project Management Support
    • Track the progress of architectural work against the project schedule, identifying potential delays and working with the EPC contractor to mitigate them.
    • Monitor the allocation of resources, including materials and manpower, to ensure efficient use and avoid delays.
    • Review and approval/rejection of EPC Contractor claims and variations.
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes, including inspections and testing of architectural components.
    • Ensure proper documentation of inspections, tests, and any modifications or deviations from the original design.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Act as a liaison between the owner, EPC contractor, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of architectural works, including progress updates, issues identified, and solutions implemented.
    • Participate in project meetings, including coordination meetings, progress meetings, and safety meetings.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Permitting
    • Support the acquisition of necessary permits and ensure all architectural works comply with local and national building codes and regulations.
    • Ensure that the architectural aspects of the project meet environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
