Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at IQVIA. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Fluency in French, Portuguese, or Italian, with high English proficiency
  • Helpdesk or technical support background required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
