Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at IQVIA. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Fluency in French, Portuguese, or Italian, with high English proficiency
- Helpdesk or technical support background required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
