We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our multicultural team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Virtual Trials Study participants. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting access-related issues and other Tier-1 technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with Virtual Trials support teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of call center experience.
  • Native fluency in French, Portuguese, or Italian, with high English proficiency.
  • Helpdesk or technical support background required.
  • Able to work flexible schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
