Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Sd Worx. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and analyzing campaigns to promote our HR and payroll solutions.
- Work closely with our Content Creation Manager to generate engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all marketing channels.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and virtual conferences to showcase our expertise and build thought leadership.
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event analysis to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
- Provide insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Versatility in executing various marketing functions, including content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing.
- Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management within a matrix organizational structure.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is advantageous.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of international marketing trends and cultural nuances is desirable.
