Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans for our Central Services and Utilities and Infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PAT, radiometry, and NAT preventive and predictive maintenance plans for Central Services and Utilities and Infrastructure.
- Implement a good strategy for maintaining the lifecycle of PAT and NAT equipment.
- Implement PAT, radiometry, and NAT spare part concept to fulfill reliability target.
- Support and actively participate in the preparation of operation instructions, including risk assessment and Hazop studies.
- Execute and coordinate improvement projects in terms of reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Participate in global communities and working groups and standardize applying Covestro guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate with central turnaround department for plant Turnaround.
- Evaluate maintenance documentation, identify weak points, contribute to mitigating measures, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Update documentation.
- Contribute to training and training organization.
Requirements
- Grade Engineer in Electronic, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in Process Analyzer Technology and automation.
- Experience in chemical continuous processes.
- Fluent in English.
