Job Summary
Mgmotor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Fleet Sales Manager. This is a key role that requires a strong network in the European fleet sales market, excellent analytical and reporting skills, and a proven track record of success in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fleet sales and leasing processes to expand the number of new and committed distributors.
- Establish European reporting for fleet and leasing sales, and set and achieve new distributor fleet sales targets.
- Manage distributors to achieve fleet sales targets, and guide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME fleet sales policies and regulations.
- Negotiate and close major deals with strategic account customers, and acquire new global/pan European/international customers.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with international leasing companies, and establish cooperation with main international leasing companies.
Requirements
- Relevant network in European fleet sales market.
- Relevant network in European market to the purchasing depts of leasing companies on a decision making level.
- Experience in the automotive sector with excellent knowledge of the sector and its competitive environment.
- Experience with customers (B2B) on international level and fleet sales experience.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbers.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong focus on building fast and creative solutions with restricted budgets and high performance.
- High level of flexibility in time, location, and multiple solutions.
Travel Requirements
Travelling is approximately 50% of the time.
