Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of configuration management plans
- Maintain accurate IT asset records
- Implement CMDB tools
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in IT service management or related fields (around 2 years)
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Understanding of various platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued
