The Universidad CEU San Pablo Department of Professional Careers is seeking a highly skilled Career Advisor to fill a temporary replacement position due to maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify job opportunities at national and international levels that match candidate profiles, with a focus on major firms in the Legal sector and international companies across various sectors.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with companies, both domestically and internationally, to facilitate the exchange of job offers, participation in job fairs, and other career-related events.
- Provide career guidance on sector information, job search strategies, application tips, entrepreneurship, and self-employment opportunities.
- Prepare CV books for companies, ensuring a match between candidate competencies and job requirements.
- Organize and participate in employment-related events.
Requirements:
- Graduates in fields such as ADE, Economics, Law, Engineering, Pharmacy, Communication, or Marketing.
- MBA or equivalent from a prestigious business school.
- Certification in assessment tools, such as PDA or MBTI.
- At least 5 years of experience in professional recruitment consultancy, specifically in the Legal sector.
- High-level English proficiency (C1).
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent commercial and communication skills, with a strong focus on client orientation, flexibility, and resilience.
