About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our FX Dealing team. As a key support member, you will perform crucial tasks, mastering the skills of the trade. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Timely and proactive management of the trade checking process, identifying and resolving any problems or discrepancies.
- Conducting forward-looking and retrospective trade checks to ensure accurate reconciliation of previous days and months.
- Collaborating with Front and Back Office teams to meet daily settlement deadlines and currency cut-offs.
- Ensuring data accuracy across various platforms used by the Front Office.
- Working with dealers and clients to trade client positions, send contract notes, and confirm beneficiary details.
- Completing the Options post-trade process and generating options term sheets.
- Monitoring option trade expiries and processing.
- Investigating and resolving trade-related problems or errors.
- Monitoring margin calls and client positions.
- Prioritizing daily tasks and new tasks effectively.
- Collaborating with our Payments team to ensure accurate trade execution and delivery.
We require:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Trade Support Analyst in the Financial Services industry or a numerical-based degree (Business, Economics, Math).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent English language skills and fluent Spanish language skills.
Nice to have: MIFID or EFPA certification.
