Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contractors, sub-contractors, designers, and cost consultancies to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement a project management plan to ensure the project meets the agreed standards and objectives.
- Prepare and manage the project budget, monitoring financial performance and making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
- Degree qualified in Construction or Engineering.
- MEP experience in the construction of large-scale industrial facilities.
- Significant experience working on EPC projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- A history of working for main contractors.
- The right to live and work in the EU.
