Job Title: Head of E-Learning

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of its e-learning strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and evolving the Tembo platform to meet the learning needs of MSF staff, while aligning with the organization's overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the e-learning strategy, objectives, and outcomes in collaboration with the Learning Department and partners.
  • Design, develop, and supervise the implementation of e-learning services, including planning and budgeting.
  • Represent Tembo in internal and external e-learning forums and platforms, promoting the organization's e-learning vision and services.
  • Lead the e-learning team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality e-learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Production department to ensure the implementation and dissemination of new learning services.
  • Analyze Tembo data and analytics to track learner progress, engagement, and performance.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of e-learning services deliverables to all stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing complex projects.
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in the international humanitarian sector is a strong asset.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated communication and facilitation skills.
  • Previous experience in digital learning technologies is valued.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Solid digital skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Power BI, Mural, etc.).
