About Belmonte Group

We are a leading luxury retail company that offers a unique shopping experience to our clients. As a Senior Personal Shopping Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain a loyal client base by providing personalized service, offering styling advice, and introducing new products and brands.
  2. Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and luxury brands, and use this knowledge to make informed product recommendations to clients.
  3. Client Communication and Feedback: Listen to clients' needs, provide regular feedback to the Personal Shopping Manager, and use this feedback to improve our services.
  4. Team Sales and Objectives: Meet personal and team sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the Personal Shopping team.
  5. Brand Ambassador: Represent Belmonte Group as a luxury retail brand, and promote our services and products to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  1. Background and Skills:
  2. At least 3 years' experience working in sales for a luxury retail brand.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong attention to detail and passion for fashion.
  6. Good understanding of luxury brands and fashion trends.
  7. Service mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
