Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Shopping Consultant to join our team at Belmonte Group. As a Senior Personal Shopping Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our guests, providing personalized styling advice, and introducing new products and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Develop and maintain a strong client base by nurturing existing relationships, introducing new clients, and supporting colleagues in cultivating new clients.
  • Styling and Product Knowledge: Offer clients personalized styling advice, introduce new products and brands, and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and luxury fashion industry developments.
  • Client Communication: Listen to clients' needs, understand their current clothing options, and suggest clothing and accessory options that meet their requirements.
  • Gift Suggestions: Provide clients with gifting options throughout the year and be proactive in helping them with their shopping requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet other objectives.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Belmonte Group, representing the Personal Shopping service and promoting the luxury retail brand.

Requirements:

  1. Background and Skills: At least 3 years' experience working in sales for a luxury retail brand, with a strong passion for fashion and a good understanding of luxury brands.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  3. Personal Qualities: Patient, understanding, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and a service mindset.
