En adidas, estamos comprometidos con la excelencia en todo lo que hacemos. Buscamos un Stockroom Manager para nuestra tienda FO Getafe que se una a nuestro equipo y contribuya a nuestra misión de transformar el mundo a través del deporte.

Responsabilidades
  • Optimizar los procesos de almacén para asegurar una gestión eficiente del stock, desde la recepción hasta el almacenamiento óptimo de mercancías.
  • Gestionar las ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para alcanzar o superar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Liderar al equipo de almacén para mantener altos estándares de organización y eficacia.
  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo para cumplir con los protocolos y procedimientos de recepción y manipulación de stock.
  • Controlar y gestionar con precisión todos los movimientos de inventario para minimizar pérdidas y asegurar la disponibilidad de productos.
  • Garantizar que los surtidos de productos estén siempre completos y accesibles para los consumidores, supervisando la reposición de la superficie de ventas.
  • Capacitar al equipo en procedimientos de almacén y promover la mejora continua en las operaciones de almacén.
Requisitos
  • Un mínimo de 2 meses de experiencia en un ambiente de retail enfocado en el consumidor de deporte/moda.
  • Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto operativo de Stockroom.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
