Job Summary
Q ENERGY is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wind Project Engineer Trainee to join our team. As a Wind Project Engineer Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting senior team members in managing wind farm projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in managing wind farm projects, including tracking project progress, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- Assist in communication with stakeholders, aligning project goals and managing expectations under the guidance of senior staff.
- Gain exposure to innovative technologies such as hybrid renewable solutions and energy storage (BESS) to improve project efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, working alongside regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and meet safety and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Engineering, Physics, or renewable energy-related fields.
- Relevant work experience in project design and analysis, data collection and reporting, and project management in infrastructure or energy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Business fluency in English and basic knowledge in Portuguese, with additional languages being a plus.
