E-Process Project Team Member

Valeo, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a highly skilled E-Process Project Team Member to join our team in Martos. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will be responsible for leading the industrialization of products and equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities- Industrialization Project Management: Manage industrial schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project targets, and ensure timely delivery of products and equipment.
- Manufacturing and Assembly: Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Process Development: Develop and implement processes to meet performance and cost targets, working closely with the project team and stakeholders.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including Valeo's Production System (VPS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, purchasing, and quality, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Electronic Engineering Degree or Master's degree.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in process development or production, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Results-oriented, ability to work in a team, and passion for the automotive industry.
- Language: English language proficiency (B2 level).
