Job Overview

The Swatch Group is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing and Brand Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of our brand image and guidelines across all distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the product presentation in point-of-sale (POS) environments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content and graphic materials to support product displays.
  • Provide expert advice on merchandising and product display best practices to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of brand guidelines and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of 3D design and modeling, with experience in SketchUp or similar tools.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
