Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

About the Role

As a Japanese Expert Rating Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Helping establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards
  • Collaborating with a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters to improve advertising relevance for end-users across the world
  • Working with data in Japanese and collaborating with a team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in AI model relevance, such as data labeling, linguistic annotation, relevance rating, etc.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset with a proven track record of data-based decision making
  • A strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence
  • The ability to effectively summarize complex information, questions, and solutions for various audiences
  • Experience researching and gathering insights, and understanding complex problems across a variety of topics
  • The ability to define, explain, and defend your points of view in group discussions
  • Comfort with ambiguity in guidelines, workflows, and processes, and a motivation to help establish those systems
