ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Demand Planning Intern to become a vital part of our Supply Chain Division. This position will report to the Senior Demand Planner and plays a crucial role in ensuring precise forecasting, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and enhancing established processes as we navigate our transformation journey.

As a Demand Planning Intern, you will be actively engaged in the demand forecasting process, tasked with delivering accurate forecasts for specific business segments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development of accurate forecast estimations for designated areas.
  • Collaborating with Customer Management and Supply Planning to provide insights on forecast adjustments and new product introductions.
  • Updating historical data in the Oracle system to serve as a foundation for statistical analysis.
  • Creating forecast accuracy reports and leading the consolidation of feedback to identify improvement initiatives, which are essential for monthly reviews with senior management.
  • Supporting the Demand Planning team with various monthly tasks, including country-specific forecast analysis and global reports for senior management updates.
  • Proposing and implementing improvement strategies in collaboration with the Demand Planning team.
  • Acting as a support resource during the implementation of new ERP systems.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Excel.
