Design the Future of Fulfillment

We're seeking a talented Senior Intralogistics Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and efficient solutions for our global fulfillment centers and logistics systems.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems.
  • Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Support the Ops Engineering team to ensure successful installation and commissioning of projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or 5+ years of Amazon experience.
  • Experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related.
  • Experience with business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field, and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty.
  • Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and/or high-speed manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making.
