About the Role

Americold, a leading global provider of temperature-controlled infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HRIS Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management, configuration, and optimization of our Oracle Cloud Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • System Configuration & Maintenance
    • Configure and maintain Oracle HRIS, focusing on Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
    • Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and validating HRIS data.
    • Support in managing user roles, permissions, and security settings within the Oracle system.
  • System Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide first-line support to HR users, resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and report generation.
    • Liaise with the Application Managed Services Outsourcing party to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to support HR operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, metrics, and insights that drive organizational performance.
  • System Enhancements & Upgrades
    • Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of system updates.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements.
  • User Documentation
    • Maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HRIS systems, preferably in an analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with system configuration, system support, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with HRIS reporting tools such as Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar.
