Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations or similar.
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Office Package Domain

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the HR Manager Spain, you will be responsible for supporting, contributing, promoting and implementing the company's initiatives and following the implementations of the AMERICOLD Global / EU strategy. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the HR department

**MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monthly preparation and sending to the payroll provider the documentation for the preparation of the payrolls ( OT, absence, etc )
- Manage attendance control, absenteeism, expenses, vacations, absences, permits, etc.
- Department Invoice Control
- Control and update existing platforms (management and access control, payroll, HRIS, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of HR-related policies and procedures
- KPI report.
- Contribute to and control the follow-up of the training plan, update related documentation, etc.
- Foster a positive work ethos and environment by maintaining a close working relationship with other departments and promote proactivity, communication and togetherness by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, workflows and requirements while respecting the company's code of ethics.
- Ensure the cleanliness and order of the facilities.
- Follow the implemented Occupational Safety regulations and report any non-compliance with them that may be detected. Ensure food safety, health and safety at work, quality and environmental standards.
