Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter to join our team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by sourcing, identifying, and assessing the suitability of candidates for our clients in the consumer services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for open positions in the consumer services industry
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess the qualifications and suitability of candidates
- Review and evaluate resumes and job applications to identify the most qualified candidates
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure their requirements are met
- Provide recommendations and guidance to clients regarding recruitment strategies and best practices
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
