Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Optimization Specialist to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven mindset and experience in leveraging the programmatic ecosystem to build, operate, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage attribution knowledge to develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve client goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across various verticals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to provide strategic and operational insights.
- Develop and improve product tools and processes to ensure data influences decisions at all levels of the company.
- Collaborate with the team to share results and improve performance.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of digital programmatic buying (performance focused).
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- Data and performance-driven mindset and proven working experience in large data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
