About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing functional expertise and insights to our case teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge assets and tools to support cost analysis and optimization
  • Collaborate with case teams and clients to provide expert advisory and insights on cost reduction and efficiency optimization
  • Master BCG's methods and tools to deliver original cost analyses and insights
  • Support the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets for our Service & Support Operations topic
  • Work with business leaders to commercialize knowledge assets and support marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consulting experience with relevance to corporate functions
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in English; German language preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
