Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to lead our multidisciplinary engineering team in delivering offshore wind projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the engineering team in the design and development of offshore wind projects.
  • Oversee the budget and project scope, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and propose R&D projects in the field of offshore wind engineering.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering management in offshore wind, O&G engineering, or shipbuilding.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Knowledge of project management software tools, such as MS Project.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Civil, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.
  • Ability to read, follow, and interpret contract requirements and engineering documentation.
