We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic Brand Management team at Reckitt. As a Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and contributing to our passionate pursuit of building meaningful brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Tackle daily administrative tasks to keep our marketing engines running smoothly.
- Support and coordinate marketing campaigns, from digital designs to event highlights.
- Craft compelling content and ensure the finesse of marketing materials.
- Revise and update brand websites, ensuring updated hero images and brand content.
- Assure the right changes and new content for the brands in eCommerce.
- Hone market research skills to grasp consumer insights and monitor competition.
- Implement Always-On campaigns in Social Media.
- Work directly with Brand Managers on the development materials for Portugal.
- Collaborate across departments and with external partners to spark marketing success.
- Support the execution of local marketing plans.
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing or business related (completion or near completion).
- Evidence of active interest in consumer marketing through University extra-curricular activity.
- Spanish English proficiency level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an enthusiasm for learning new marketing tools.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, keeping an eye on the small details while managing the broader picture.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A spirit of innovation and willingness to put forward ideas that could help shape our campaigns.
- Passion to understand consumer products and the FMCG/Pharma marketplace.
