We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Counselor (Master) to join our team at IE University. As a key member of our Counseling Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students in need of emotional support and guidance.
- Design and implement sustainable initiatives to educate the university community on mental health topics, including workshops, talks, and programs.
- Assist in creating content for the department's website and social media channels related to mental health and well-being.
- Support the team with ongoing projects and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by our students and provide tailored support to address their needs.
- A master's degree in Psychology, Life Coaching, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- A minimum of three years of experience in mental health, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work with students in distress and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent teamwork, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to commute to our campuses in Madrid and Segovia on a weekly basis.
