Roving Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roving Area Supervisor to join our team at Southern Processing Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations within your assigned area to ensure seamless operations and high levels of staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly visit multiple locations to monitor operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Supervise staff, provide training and guidance, and ensure performance meets organizational standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with on-site supervisors and team members to ensure proper staffing and effective task delegation.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop staff skills and performance.
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and ensure high levels of staff engagement.
- Monitor site performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Act as the point of contact for any operational issues or concerns at the various locations.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports on site performance, incidents, staff issues, and other operational aspects.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, staff rosters, and operational checklists.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management to enhance operations across locations.
- Full-time schedule with 8 hour shifts.
- Supplemental pay: 13th month salary.
