We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic and international team at IE University Business School.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the day-to-day management of academic programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality student experience.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement innovative curriculum, concentrations, and electives.
- Provide exceptional student support, addressing concerns, and offering guidance and advice.
- Lead regular meetings with class representatives to gather feedback and communicate important matters.
- Work closely with other IE departments to ensure a successful student experience.
- Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants and Coordinators.
- Master's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in academic program management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address concerns and feedback in a constructive manner.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
