Job Title: Assistant Cost Manager / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Division: Quantity Surveying / Cost Management

Location: Madrid, Spain

Reporting to: Senior Associate / Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Cost Manager / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our growing European HQ in Amsterdam. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, on interesting projects, and develop your skills in cost management and quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Cost Managers, Associates, and Partners on a range of projects.
  • Develop your skills in cost management and quantity surveying.
  • Work across Data Centre projects, as well as residential, commercial, life sciences, retail, industrial, and more.
  • Travel opportunities to various European countries for clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
  • Some QS / Cost Management experience within a similar role.
  • Desire to work in an international consultancy environment.
  • Client-facing, enjoys providing a good service.
  • Able to build long-term relationships.
  • Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation.
  • A track record of working with teams.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines.
  • A team player, collaborative, flexible, and career-focused.
