About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for working in a multicultural, highly skilled team in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Danish language
  • Fluent English language skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, and outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
